Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales of downloadable digital products are final.

  • We do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered or accessed.

Before Work Begins

If you request cancellation before work has started, you may receive:

  • A full refund minus payment gateway processing fees.

After Work Has Started

If work has begun:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed.

  • Completed milestones are non-refundable.

After Delivery

Once the automation system has been delivered:

  • No refunds will be issued.

  • You are responsible for testing and reviewing before final acceptance.


4. Consulting & Strategy Sessions

For paid consulting calls or strategy sessions:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled time.

  • Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • If cancellation occurs within 24 hours, no refund will be issued.


5. Subscription-Based Services (If Applicable)

  • You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

  • Gateway processing delays

  • Banking delays

  • Currency conversion differences

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on your bank and payment provider.


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • We reserve the right to suspend access to all products and services.

  • We may provide proof of delivery and communication records to the payment processor.

  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent service restriction.

We encourage contacting us first to resolve any issues.


8. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Account bans or restrictions
